Car

If you are driving, start from the town of Puerto Maldonado. Head southeast on Avenida Jorge Basadre. Follow the signs for the Interoceanic Highway (also known as PE-30). Continue on the highway until you reach the town of Tambopata. From there, take the road towards the Tambopata River.
