From the center of Chan Chan, head southwest towards Av. América. Continue walking straight until you reach Jirón Independencia. Turn left onto Jirón Independencia and walk for about 10 minutes. The Trujillo Toy Museum will be located on your right at Jirón Independencia 705.

From Chan Chan, find a local bus that heads towards the Historic Centre of Trujillo. You may catch a bus from any nearby bus stop. Make sure to ask the driver if the bus goes to the Historic Centre. Once you arrive at the Historic Centre, get off at the stop nearest to Jirón Independencia. Walk along Jirón Independencia for about 5 minutes, and the Trujillo Toy Museum will be on your left at Jirón Independencia 705. The bus fare is usually around 1-2 soles.

If you prefer a quicker way, you can take a mototaxi from any point in Chan Chan. Simply hail a mototaxi and tell the driver 'Museo de Juguetes en Jirón Independencia 705'.
