From Cebu City, take the South Coastal Road and head towards the town of Dalaguete. Once in Dalaguete, drive towards the direction of Mantalongon Market. From Mantalongon Market, continue driving until you reach the signage for Kinahugan Falls. Follow the narrow road leading to the falls, and you will reach the parking area where you can start the short trek to the falls.

From Cebu City, take a bus bound for Dalaguete at the Cebu South Bus Terminal. Inform the conductor to drop you off at Mantalongon Market. From Mantalongon Market, you can hire a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to take you to Kinahugan Falls. The habal-habal ride will drop you off at the entrance of the falls, from where you can start the short trek to the waterfall.
