Car
If you are driving from Cotabato City, head northeast on the Cotabato-Gen. Santos Road (also known as the National Highway). Continue on this road for approximately 50 kilometers until you reach the town of Buluan. Look for signs indicating Buluan Lake. Once in Buluan, follow the local roads that lead to the lake, which is located just outside the town center. Parking is available near the lake.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Cotabato City, take a bus heading to Gen. Santos City. Buses frequently depart from the bus terminal in Cotabato. Inform the driver or conductor that you want to get off at Buluan. The bus ride will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Buluan, you can either walk to Buluan Lake, which is approximately 2 kilometers from the bus stop, or hire a local tricycle for a short ride to the lake.

If you are already in Buluan, you can hire a tricycle to take you directly to Buluan Lake. The fare should be negotiated beforehand, but it typically costs around 20-50 PHP depending on the distance and negotiation. The ride should take about 10 minutes from the town center.
