You can take the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and then continue to the Bicol Expressway. After reaching the town of Pilar, take a ferry to Masbate Island. The ferry ride costs approximately 300 PHP and takes about 2 hours. Once you arrive at Masbate City, drive towards Monreal, which is about 1.5 hours away. Follow the signs to Catandayagan Falls, which is located at HJP7+8J, Monreal, Masbate. The last stretch involves a short hike, so be prepared with appropriate footwear.
