If you're traveling by car, start from the city center of Butuan City. Head southeast on J.C. Aquino Avenue and continue until you reach the intersection with the National Highway. Turn left onto the National Highway (AH26) heading towards Agusan del Sur. Continue driving for approximately 30 minutes. Look for signs pointing to Mount Maiyapay or follow the GPS coordinates (8.8783, 125.4675). After about 10 kilometers, you will reach the base of Mount Maiyapay. There may be parking available in designated areas at the foot of the mountain.
