Car
If you are driving, start from Tacloban City. Take the Maharlika Highway (AH26) towards the south. Follow the signs leading to Borongan City. After approximately 2 hours of driving, you will reach the junction leading to Marabut. Turn left towards Marabut and continue for about 30 minutes until you reach the intersection at Jct Taft - Oras - San Policarpo - Arteche Rd. The Saob Cave is located at coordinates 11.259202, 125.163438, just off the main road. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition, as some roads may be rough. Parking is available near the cave entrance.

Public Transportation
From Tacloban City, take a van or bus headed for Borongan. The journey typically takes around 2 hours. Once you arrive in Borongan, look for local transport options such as jeepneys or tricycles that can take you to Marabut. Inform the driver you are going to Saob Cave. The fare should be about 50-100 PHP depending on the distance. After reaching Marabut, you may need to walk or take a tricycle to the Jct Taft - Oras - San Policarpo - Arteche Rd intersection. The cave is located a short distance from this junction.

If you are already in Marabut, you can reach Saob Cave by walking from the town center. Head towards the Jct Taft - Oras - San Policarpo - Arteche Rd. It will take approximately 30-45 minutes on foot, so be prepared for a moderate walk. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry water, especially if you are visiting during the hotter parts of the day.
