If you are starting from Laoag City, take a tricycle to the Laoag City Bus Terminal. From there, you can catch a bus heading to Paoay. The travel time is around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Paoay town proper, ask the bus conductor to drop you off near the Paoay Lake Water Park. After disembarking, you can take a tricycle to the water park, which is approximately 5 minutes away.
