From any location in Laoag City, you can take a tricycle to Paoay Sand Dunes Adventures (Suba). Ask the driver to take you to Barangay Suba in Paoay, which is approximately 15 kilometers away. The fare should be around PHP 150-200 depending on your negotiation skills. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes.

Head to the Laoag City Terminal and look for jeepneys heading to Paoay. You can take a jeepney with a sign that says 'Paoay' or 'Suba'. The fare is typically around PHP 20-30. Once you reach the Paoay town proper, you may need to take another tricycle to get to Paoay Sand Dunes, which will cost you another PHP 50-100 and take approximately 10 minutes.
