Follow the highway for approximately 80 kilometers until you reach the town of Maramag. Once in Maramag, turn right onto the road leading to Musuan. Continue on this road for about 10 kilometers, and you will find the entrance to Mt. Kalayo on your left. Make sure to check for local traffic signs that will guide you to the exact location.
