If you are driving from Legazpi City, take the Maharlika Highway (AH26) heading southeast. Continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach Tabaco City. Once in Tabaco, keep an eye out for the signage indicating the Mayon Skyline View Deck. Turn right onto the road leading to the Mayon Skyline View Deck, which is approximately 5 kilometers from the main highway. Follow the road until you reach the parking area.

To get to the Mayon Skyline View Deck via public transport, take a bus from Legazpi City to Tabaco City. Buses frequently depart from the Legazpi Bus Terminal. The journey takes around 40 minutes. The ride from Tabaco City to the view deck will take about 15 minutes.
