Walking
If you are starting from Calle Crisologo, walk towards the intersection of Calle Crisologo and Burgos St. Once you reach the intersection, turn left onto Burgos St. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes. The Metropolitan Cathedral of the Conversion of St. Paul the Apostle will be on your left side, and you will recognize it by its impressive facade.

From any point in Vigan, you can hail a tricycle and tell the driver 'Metropolitan Cathedral' or 'Burgos St.' The ride should take about 5 minutes depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off at the church entrance. Once you arrive, you will see the cathedral directly in front of you.

If you have rented a bike, head towards the main roads and follow the signs to Burgos St. From the main square (Plaza Salcedo), ride straight along Burgos St. The cathedral is approximately a 10-minute bike ride from the square. Look out for the large structure on your left as you approach the area.
