    If you are starting from the Gdańsk Main Train Station (Dworzec Główny), exit the station and head towards the west along ul. 3 Maja. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with ul. Podwale Przedmiejskie. Turn left onto ul. Podwale Przedmiejskie and keep walking until you reach the Green Gate (Zielona Brama). From there, follow the path along the Motława River. After about 600 meters, you will reach the Long Market (Długi Targ). Continue walking along Długi Targ, and then turn right onto ul. Długa. After a short walk, you will reach the Neptune Fountain. From the fountain, keep walking straight until you reach the end of the street, where you will find the entrance to the Solidarity Square (Plac Solidarności) where the Monument to the Fallen Shipyard Workers of 1970 is located.
