Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in central Sopot, head towards the Sopot Pier (Molo) as your first landmark. Walk along the main street, called Bohaterów Monte Cassino, which is a pedestrian-friendly area filled with shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street, where you'll see the entrance to the pier. Once at the pier, follow the waterfront path that leads north along the coast. The walk along the beach is scenic, and you will eventually reach the border with Gdynia. The French Wharf is located at Polska 1 in Gdynia, approximately a 30-40 minute walk along the waterfront from Sopot Pier.

  • Public Transport

    From Sopot, you can take a train from Sopot train station (Dworzec PKP Sopot) to Gdynia. Board a train heading towards Gdynia Główna (the main station). The train ride is about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at Gdynia Główna, exit the station and head towards the coast. You can walk or take a tram (Line 2 or 3) to the stop 'Polska' or 'Gdynia Marina'. From either stop, it’s a short walk to the French Wharf at Polska 1.

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental stations in Sopot. Start from the Sopot Pier and follow the dedicated bike path along the coast towards Gdynia. This route is approximately 5 km and will take you about 20-30 minutes. Keep following the signs for the bike path until you reach Gdynia, and then continue towards the French Wharf located at Polska 1.
