From the Sopot train station, exit and head south on ul. Bohaterów Monte Cassino, the main pedestrian street. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the end of the street, where it intersects with ul. Grunwaldzka. Turn left onto ul. Grunwaldzka and walk for approximately 300 meters until you reach the Sopot Pier. Here, you can enjoy the seaside views. After that, head northwest along the coastline towards Gdynia, which is about a 20-minute walk. As you walk, keep the sea on your left. Once you reach the border of Sopot and Gdynia, continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you see a sign for 'Torpedo Launch Station' on your right. The exact location is at 10 Dedala in Gdynia.
