If you're driving, start from Zakopane town center. Head southwest on ul. Krupówki towards ul. Kościuszki. Continue straight onto ul. Jagiellońska, following signs for Tatrzański Park Narodowy (Tatra National Park). After approximately 5 km, look for the parking area at Palenica Białczańska, which is the starting point for many hiking trails. Parking costs around 30 PLN per day. From the parking lot, follow the red-marked trail towards Skała im. Edwarda Jelinka.
