Walk
From the center of Braga, head towards Avenida da Liberdade. Walk straight down this avenue, passing by shops and cafes on either side. Continue walking until you reach the bus station 'Terminal Rodoviário de Braga'. From there, take bus number 1 towards Porto. The bus will take approximately 1 hour to reach Porto. Once you arrive at Porto, disembark at the main bus station. After exiting the bus station, walk straight towards the Avenida dos Aliados, which is a prominent avenue in the city center. You will see the iconic City Hall and beautiful buildings lining the avenue.
Train
Start at the Braga Train Station, which is located in the city center. Purchase a ticket for a train heading to Porto. Trains run frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Porto's São Bento Train Station, exit the station and head towards the main square. Walk straight out of the station and you will find yourself in the vicinity of Avenida dos Aliados, where you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and stunning architecture.
Bus
Find your way to the main bus terminal in Braga, known as 'Terminal Rodoviário de Braga'. Look for buses heading to Porto. The journey will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Porto's bus station, exit and head straight towards Avenida dos Aliados. You can easily spot this notable street as it is one of the main attractions in Porto, characterized by its beautiful buildings and lively environment.
