Although there is no direct train to Ponte de Lima, you can take a train from Braga to the nearest train station, which is in Viana do Castelo. At the Braga train station, located on Avenida da Liberdade, take a train heading towards Viana do Castelo. Once you arrive at Viana do Castelo, exit the train station and head to the nearby bus station (Câmara Municipal) to catch a bus to Ponte de Lima. The bus ride from Viana do Castelo to Ponte de Lima will take about 30 minutes. After arriving in Ponte de Lima, walk towards the town center and you'll reach the bridge within 10-15 minutes.
