Bus
From the center of Braga, head to the main bus station, known as 'Estação de Autocarros de Braga'. You can walk there by heading southeast on Avenida da Liberdade, then turning right onto Rua do Comércio. At the bus station, look for the bus that goes to 'Sistelo', which usually runs several times a day. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Sistelo, you will be dropped off at the main stop in the village. From there, follow the signs towards the village center and the scenic viewpoints.
Train and Bus
Start by walking to Braga's train station, 'Estação Ferroviária de Braga', which is about a 15-minute walk from the city center. Head southwest on Avenida da Liberdade, and then turn left onto Rua de São Vicente. Take a train to 'Vila Verde', which takes about 15 minutes. After arriving at Vila Verde, transfer to a local bus heading to 'Sistelo'. The bus will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Sistelo, follow the signs to the village center.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Braga to Sistelo. Simply find a taxi stand or call a taxi service. The ride will take approximately 25-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to inform the driver that your destination is Sistelo, a small village known for its beautiful scenery.
