If you are starting from the city center, head east on Avenida de São João towards Rua de Camoes. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Rua de D. João V. Turn left onto Rua de D. João V, and follow it for approximately 300 meters. The castle will be on your right at R. Dom João V 62.
