Walking
Start at the center of Chaves, at Praça do Comércio. From here, head south on Rua da Liberdade. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Avenida 5 de Outubro. Turn left onto Avenida 5 de Outubro and follow it until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rua das Amoreiras. Continue to follow this road as it turns into Rua do Barroco. After about 1 kilometer, you will see signs for Santo Estêvão. Continue straight until you reach R. Castelo 10, where the Castle of Santo Estêvão is located.
