Start at the Caldas da Rainha bus station, located at Avenida da Liberdade. Take the bus to Peniche, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. Buses run regularly, so check the schedule at the station. Once you arrive at Peniche, disembark at the main bus terminal. From the bus terminal, head south towards Estr. Marginal Sul. Follow the road along the coastline, enjoying the beautiful views. Cave Furninha is located at Estr. Marginal Sul 184. It's about a 25-minute walk from the bus terminal to the cave.

Walking
If you prefer to walk from Caldas da Rainha to Cave Furninha, start at the Praça da Fruta in the city center. Head east on Rua do Comércio until you reach the Avenida da Liberdade, then turn left. Follow Avenida da Liberdade until you arrive at the bus station. From there, follow the previous directions for public transport, as walking directly to Peniche from Caldas da Rainha would take several hours and is not recommended for casual tourists.
