From central Cascais, walk to the Cascais Bus Station located at Av. 25 de Abril. Look for the bus line number 441, which goes to Colares. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Colares bus stop, disembark and walk for about 15 minutes. Head northeast on Estr. dos Capuchos, and you will find the Capuchos Convent on your left.

If you prefer to walk, start from the center of Cascais and head towards the coastal road (Avenida Valbom). Follow this road until you reach the Praia da Rainha. Continue along the coastline, moving towards Guincho Beach. After about 1.5 km, you will reach a fork; take the road leading up to Colares. This scenic route may take about 1.5 hours, but enjoy the beautiful views along the way. Once you reach Colares, continue on Estr. dos Capuchos to find the convent.
