From central Cascais, head to the Cascais train station (Estação de Cascais). From there, catch the bus number 405 towards 'Lisboa - Cais do Sodré'. Once on the bus, it will take approximately 30-40 minutes to reach your destination. You need to get off at the stop 'Fundação Champalimaud', which is right in front of the Champalimaud Foundation. Ensure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, especially if you are traveling in the evening.

Start at the Cascais train station (Estação de Cascais) and take the train to Cais do Sodré station in Lisbon. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Upon arriving at Cais do Sodré, exit the station and head towards the waterfront. Follow the Av. 24 de Julho along the river for about 1.5 kilometers. You will then turn left onto Av. Brasília.
