Walking
From the center of Cascais, start at the Cascais Train Station. Head east on Avenida Dom Carlos I, and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rua da Liberdade. Continue walking along this street for about 10 minutes. You'll then reach the Cascais Marina. From the Marina, take the coastal path heading northeast, known as the 'Cascais Promenade,' which will eventually lead you towards Estoril. Continue along the promenade, enjoying the ocean views, until you reach the train station in Estoril. From Estoril, take the train to Lisbon. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Lisbon's central train station (Cais do Sodré), exit and walk a few steps to find the metro entrance. Take the metro to Martim Moniz station. After exiting the metro, walk towards Rua da Saúde, and you will find Escadinhas da Saúde at the address 1100-341 Lisbon.
Public Transport
At the main Cascais Train Station, purchase a ticket to Lisbon. Board a train heading to Cais do Sodré, which is the main station in Lisbon. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Cais do Sodré, exit the station and walk to the metro station. Take the Green Line (Linha Verde) towards Telheiras and get off at Martim Moniz station. Once you exit the metro, walk towards Rua da Saúde and continue until you reach Escadinhas da Saúde, located at 1100-341 Lisbon. The entire trip will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, including walking time.
