    From Cascais city center, head to the Cascais Vila bus station located on Avenida da República. Take the bus number 403 or 417 towards Azeitão. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Azeitão' stop. From there, walk east on Rua José Augusto Coelho until you reach the House & Museum José Maria Da Fonseca at No. 12a.

  • Train & Bus

    Start at Cascais train station and take the train towards Lisbon. Get off at the 'Setúbal' station. From Setúbal, exit the station and find the bus terminal. Board the bus number 560 towards Azeitão. After about 20 minutes, disembark at the 'Azeitão' stop. Walk east on Rua José Augusto Coelho for about 10 minutes to reach the House & Museum José Maria Da Fonseca at No. 12a.

    If you are near the Cascais marina, walk along the coast heading towards the west. Continue on the promenade until you reach the main road, Avenida Marginal.
