Walk straight for about 15-20 minutes along the oceanfront until you reach Praia da Torre, which is part of the Passeio Marítimo de Oeiras.

    From Cascais, head to the bus terminal located near the Cascais train station. Take the Scotturb bus number 414 or 417 towards Oeiras. The bus ride will take approximately 25-30 minutes. Get off at the 'Praia da Torre' stop. From there, you can walk directly to Praia da Torre, which is just a short stroll away from the bus stop along the coastal path.
