From Cascais train station, take the CP (Comboios de Portugal) train towards Lisbon. The train runs frequently, approximately every 20-30 minutes. Stay on the train for about 15 minutes and get off at Oeiras station. Once you arrive at Oeiras station, exit the station and head towards the coastal promenade. Walk straight for about 15-20 minutes along the oceanfront until you reach Praia da Torre, which is part of the Passeio Marítimo de Oeiras.

From Cascais, head to the bus terminal located near the Cascais train station. Take the Scotturb bus number 414 or 417 towards Oeiras. The bus ride will take approximately 25-30 minutes. Get off at the 'Praia da Torre' stop. From there, you can walk directly to Praia da Torre, which is just a short stroll away from the bus stop along the coastal path.

If you enjoy walking and the weather is nice, you can walk from Cascais to Oeiras. Start at the Cascais Marina and follow the scenic coastal path along the ocean. It is approximately a 4-5 km walk, which should take about 1-1.5 hours. Follow the signs for the coastal promenade, and you will eventually reach Praia da Torre along the Passeio Marítimo de Oeiras.
