Stay on the train for about 15 minutes and get off at Oeiras station. Once you arrive at Oeiras station, exit the station and head towards the coastal promenade. Walk straight for about 15-20 minutes along the oceanfront until you reach Praia da Torre, which is part of the Passeio Marítimo de Oeiras.
