Train
To get to Praça Dom Pedro IV 83 in Lisbon from Cascais, start by walking to the Cascais train station, which is located in the center of town. Once there, purchase a ticket to Lisbon's Cais do Sodré station. Trains run frequently, approximately every 20 minutes. The journey will take about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré, exit the station and head towards the Rua do Arsenal. Walk straight until you reach the Praça do Comércio. From there, take a left onto Rua da Conceição and continue straight until you reach Praça Dom Pedro IV.
Bus
From Cascais, you can catch the bus to Lisbon. Head to the Cascais bus terminal located near the train station. Look for the bus number 403 or 417 that goes to Lisbon. The ride takes about 50 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Lisbon bus terminal, walk towards the nearest metro station, Rossio. From Rossio, it’s a short walk to Praça Dom Pedro IV. Just exit the metro, walk straight along Rua 1º de Dezembro until you reach Praça Dom Pedro IV.
Walking
If you prefer to explore on foot and are already in the center of Cascais, you can walk along the scenic coastal promenade towards Lisbon. Begin at the Cascais Marina and follow the path along the water. After about 6 km, you'll reach the town of Estoril. From Estoril, continue walking along the coast until you reach the Lisbon area. Once you arrive in Lisbon, make your way to the Cais do Sodré area, then follow the instructions provided for the train route to reach Praça Dom Pedro IV.
