Bus
From Coimbra, head to the Coimbra Bus Station (Terminal Rodoviário de Coimbra). You can take bus number 103 towards Lousã. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Lousã, you will need to walk to the village of Talasnal. Exit the bus station and head towards the main road (N342). Turn left and walk approximately 1.5 kilometers until you see signs for Talasnal. Follow the signs, and you will find yourself in the charming village of Talasnal.
Train and Bus
Start at Coimbra-B train station. Take a train to Lousã (you may need to change trains at the Lousã station). Upon arrival at Lousã station, exit and catch a local bus or taxi to Talasnal, which is about 7 kilometers away. Alternatively, you can opt to walk, which will take around 1.5 hours. Just follow the signs leading to Talasnal.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous, you can also walk from Coimbra to Talasnal. Start at the center of Coimbra and head towards the N342 road. It is about 15 kilometers to Talasnal and will take approximately 3-4 hours. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, as the route can be hilly in some areas.
