Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Peso da Régua, head northeast on the N-222 road towards Anreade. Continue for approximately 25 km until you reach the town of Anreade. Once in Anreade, follow local signs directing you to Caldas de Aregos. You will see the thermal baths as you approach the area, which is located near the Douro River.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  From Peso da Régua, take the bus heading to Anreade. Check the local bus schedule for the most current times; the journey typically takes about 40 minutes. Once in Anreade, the thermal baths of Caldas de Aregos are within walking distance. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions, as it's a short walk of about 1 km.

• Train

  From Peso da Régua, take a train towards Porto and get off at the train station in Mosteirô. From there, you can take a taxi or a local bus to Anreade. The taxi ride should take around 15 minutes and should cost approximately €10-15, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Anreade, Caldas de Aregos is a short walk from the town center.
