Car
If you're driving from Ericeira, start by heading south on the N247 road towards Mafra. Continue on the N247 for about 12 km until you reach the A21 highway junction. Merge onto the A21 and drive for approximately 10 km. Take the exit towards A8 Lisboa. Continue on the A8 for about 33 km, then take the exit towards IC19/Lisboa. Follow the IC19 into Lisbon, and as you approach the city, keep left to merge onto the E1/A1. Continue on this road until you see signs for Av. Almirante Reis. Follow the signs to the city center and then to R. Marques da Silva. The Miradouro da Penha de França will be on your right.

Public Transportation
To reach the Miradouro da Penha de França using public transportation from Ericeira, first take the Mafrense bus line 400 or 403 from Ericeira to Mafra. Once in Mafra, transfer to the bus line 105 towards Lisbon (Campo Grande). After approximately 45 minutes, you will arrive at Campo Martim Moniz in Lisbon. From there, walk to the Martim Moniz metro station and take the Green Line (Linha Verde) towards Cais do Sodré. Get off at the next stop, Rossio. Exit the station and walk towards Av. Almirante Reis, then head east on R. das Olarias until you reach R. Marques da Silva. The Miradouro da Penha de França is located at the end of this street.
