Travel Guide to Pensão Amor

Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from any location in Estremadura, get on the A1 motorway towards Lisbon. Follow the A1 until you reach the exit for the A2 towards Lisbon. Continue on the A2 and take the exit towards the city center (Centro de Lisboa). Once you enter the city, follow signs for Cais do Sodré. Turn left onto Rua do Alecrim, where Pensão Amor is located at number 19. Parking can be challenging in the area, so consider using a nearby public parking facility.

• Train

  For those traveling by train, head to any regional station in Estremadura and take a train towards Lisbon (Lisboa). The most common stations to catch a train are in Santarém or Caldas da Rainha. Arrive at Lisboa's Cais do Sodré station. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to Pensão Amor. Exit the station and walk towards Rua do Alecrim; Pensão Amor will be at number 19.

• Bus

  You can also take a bus from various towns in Estremadura to Lisbon. Look for a bus service that goes to Praça do Comércio or directly to Cais do Sodré. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré, it's a short walk to Pensão Amor. Locate Rua do Alecrim and head towards number 19 to find your destination.

• Public Transportation (Metro)

  If you reach Lisbon and prefer to use the metro, you can take the metro to Cais do Sodré station. This station is on the Green Line. After exiting the metro, walk towards Rua do Alecrim, which is just a few minutes away. Pensão Amor is located at number 19.
