Getting there

Train

From Lisbon, head to the Rossio Train Station (Estação do Rossio). Purchase a ticket to Sintra, which is a direct train ride. The trains to Sintra depart frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Sintra Station, exit the station and head towards the main road, Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda.

Bus

If you prefer to take the bus, you can catch the Scotturb bus line 434 from the Praça do Comércio or from the Sete Rios bus terminal. This bus will take you directly to Sintra. After arriving at Sintra, follow the signs to the town center. Walk along the main street and head towards R. Mal. Saldanha; the Fonte da Sabuga will be located at number 23.

Walking

If you are already in Sintra, you can walk to Fonte da Sabuga from the Sintra train station. Exit the train station and walk straight down Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto R. da Ferraria and continue straight. Take a left onto R. Mal. Saldanha, and you will find Fonte da Sabuga at number 23.
