Walking
If you are in the center of Évora, start at the Praça do Giraldo, which is a main square in the city. From the square, head east on Rua 5 de Outubro. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua de Serpa Pinto, where you will turn left. Follow Rua de Serpa Pinto until you reach the junction with Avenida de São Sebastião. Turn right here and continue until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rua de São Francisco. Continue straight for about 500 meters, and you will see Igreja de São Francisco on your right.

From Praça do Giraldo, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Avenida de São Sebastião, called 'Paragem do São Sebastião'. Take bus number 4 towards Estremoz. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Igreja de São Francisco'. The church will be a short walk from the bus stop, just a few minutes away.
