Start from the Praça do Giraldo, which is the main square in Évora. Head northeast on Rua da República towards Rua 5 de Outubro. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with R. Cinco de Outubro. Turn left onto R. Cinco de Outubro. Walk for approximately 10 minutes (800 meters) until you reach number 88, where Rota dos Vinhos do Alentejo is located.

From the central bus station (Terminal Rodoviário de Évora), take bus number 3 towards Bairro da Liberdade. Get off at the stop called 'Cortejo', which is about a 5-minute ride. From there, walk straight along R. do Comércio and then turn right onto R. Cinco de Outubro. Continue walking for about 5 minutes to reach Rota dos Vinhos do Alentejo at number 88.
