Get off at the 'Quarteira - Av. da Liberdade' stop. From there, walk straight along Av. da Liberdade for about 5 minutes until you reach Av. Cerro da Vila. The entrance to Cerro da Vila will be on your left.

Cerro da Vila. It’s a pleasant walk, just follow the road signs towards the beach, then turn left onto Av. Cerro da Vila.
