At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rua de São Francisco. Walk straight until you reach the bus station called Estação de Autocarros de Guimarães. Here, you can catch Bus 1, which will take you directly to Bom Jesus do Monte. The bus will drop you off near the entrance, and from there, a short walk will lead you to the main site.
