Walking
From the center of Guimarães, head southwest on Rua de Santo António towards Praça de São Tiago. Continue straight onto Rua de São Francisco. After approximately 750 meters, you will reach the intersection with Rua da Liberdade. Turn left onto Rua da Liberdade and walk for about 300 meters. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida de São Gonçalo and continue for another 1.5 km. You will pass by several small shops and cafes. As you approach Sanfins de Ferreira, you will see signs pointing to Citânia de Sanfins. Follow these signs until you reach R. da Citânia 144, where the site is located.

From the Guimarães bus station, take Bus Line 19 towards Sanfins de Ferreira. The buses typically depart every hour. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the 'Sanfins de Ferreira' stop, which is approximately a 20-minute ride. When you get off, walk along R. da Citânia for about 500 meters, and you will arrive at Citânia de Sanfins located at R. da Citânia 144.
