Walking
From the center of Guimarães (Praça de São Tiago), head northwest on Rua de São Tiago towards Rua de Dom João IV. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Avenida de São Gonçalo. Turn right onto Avenida de São Gonçalo and walk until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto EM579. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers. You'll see Parque da Penha on your left. The park entrance is clearly marked.

From the Guimarães bus terminal, take bus number 6 towards Parque da Penha. The bus will make several stops, but it will take you directly to the park entrance. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive, you will see the park entrance right in front of you.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in the city center. Head north on Rua de São Tiago until you reach Avenida de São Gonçalo. Follow this avenue north for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach EM579. Turn left onto EM579, and you will see Parque da Penha on your left after a short ride.
