If you're driving, you can take the A2 highway from Lisbon towards Almada. Follow the signs for Almada and exit onto the N10 road. Continue on the N10, then take the exit for Estrada da Serra. Follow Estrada da Serra until you see signs for Miradouro do Alto da Serafina. There is a small parking area near the viewpoint, but it may get busy on weekends.

Public Transportation
To reach Miradouro do Alto da Serafina via public transportation, start by taking the Metro to the 'Cais do Sodré' station. From there, catch the tram number 28 towards 'Graca'. Ride until you reach the 'Graça' stop. From here, you can take bus number 737, which will take you closer to the viewpoint. Get off at the 'Cerro de São Miguel' stop, then it’s a short walk to reach the viewpoint. The total fare for the Metro and tram is approximately €1.50, and the bus ride is included in that fare.

If you're already in the vicinity (for example, near Graça), you can enjoy a scenic walk to the viewpoint. From the Graça neighborhood, head towards the Miradouro do Monte Agudo, and then continue towards Estrada da Serra. The walk offers beautiful views of Lisbon, but be prepared for some uphill paths. It's about a 20-minute walk.
