Start from the central point of Alfama, such as the Miradouro de Santa Luzia viewpoint. From here, head down the hill towards the narrow cobblestone streets of Alfama. Continue walking straight until you reach Rua das Escolas Gerais. Turn left onto this street, and then take the first right onto Rua do Chão da Feira. Continue straight until you reach Largo da Sé, where you will find the Lisbon Cathedral (Sé de Lisboa) at Largo da Sé 1.

If you prefer a more scenic route, you can take Tram 28, which passes through the Alfama district. Board the tram at the nearest stop, such as 'Miradouro de Santa Luzia' or 'Largo das Portas do Sol.' Stay on the tram until you reach the 'Sé' stop. From there, it's a short walk up to Largo da Sé, where the Lisbon Cathedral is located. Note that a single tram ticket costs €3.

Another option is to take Bus 737, which connects various parts of Lisbon. You can catch this bus at the 'Largo do Chafariz de Dentro' stop in Alfama. Ride the bus until you reach the 'Sé' stop. After getting off, walk a short distance to Largo da Sé, where the Lisbon Cathedral awaits. A one-way ticket costs around €1.50.
