From Praça Duque da Terceira, hop on Tram 28. This iconic tram will take you through the Alfama district and up to Bica. Get off at the Bica stop. After exiting the tram, walk towards the incline railway station.

If you prefer to walk, from Cais do Sodré, head up Rua do Arsenal towards Rua da Ribeira Nova. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua da Bica. Turn left onto Rua da Bica, and you will see the Bica incline railway station ahead.
