Take the Lisbon Metro to the 'Martim Moniz' station on the Green Line. Upon exiting the station, head north towards Praça Martim Moniz. From the square, you can catch the Tram 28, which is a famous tram route that takes you through the historic parts of the city. Get off at the 'Castle' stop (Castelo) and walk a short distance up the hill to reach the Bilheteira do Castelo de São Jorge located at R. de Santa Cruz do Castelo 3.

If you are staying in the Baixa area, you can walk to the Bilheteira do Castelo de São Jorge. Start from the Praça do Comércio and head northeast along Rua da Prata. Continue straight until you reach Rossio Square. From Rossio, head up Rua de São Domingos until you reach the Miradouro de Santa Justa. From there, follow the signs towards the Castle, which will guide you along the winding streets up to R. de Santa Cruz do Castelo 3.

You can take Bus 737 from the 'Rossio' bus stop, which is near Rossio Square. Ride the bus until you reach the 'Castelo' stop. Once you get off, walk up the hill to the entrance at R. de Santa Cruz do Castelo 3 to reach the Bilheteira do Castelo de São Jorge.
