From Praça do Rossio, head northwest towards Rua da Betesga. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Rua do Ouro. Turn right onto Rua do Ouro, then take the first left onto Rua da Conceição. Walk straight until you reach Rua de São Paulo, where you will see the 'Bica' funicular.

Follow Rua de São Paulo down to the funicular station. Here, you will see ELEVADOR da BICA at R. da Bica de Duarte Belo 2. The funicular will take you up the steep hill, providing great views of the city along the way.

If you prefer to take a bus, you can catch bus lines 28 or 25 from any central location towards 'Bica'. Get off at the stop 'Bica'. Walk down the street, and you will find ELEVADOR da BICA at R. da Bica de Duarte Belo 2.
