Getting There

  • Metro

    If you're starting from the city center, make your way to the nearest metro station, such as Praça do Comércio. Take the Green Line (Linha Verde) towards Cais do Sodré. Change at the next station, Rossio, to the Blue Line (Linha Azul) towards Santa Apolónia. Get off at the Arroios station. Exit the station and head northwest on Rua de Arroios for about 10 minutes until you reach R. Ângela Pinto. Turn left onto R. Ângela Pinto, and the Mercado de Arroios will be on your right.

  • Bus

    From the city center, find a bus stop for the 718 or 742 bus lines. Board the bus and stay on for about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Arroios'. From the bus stop, walk west along Avenida Almirante Reis for about 5 minutes. Turn left onto R. Ângela Pinto, and you'll find Mercado de Arroios on the right side.

  • Tram

    If you are near the Praça do Comércio, head to the tram stop and take Tram 28. Stay on until you reach the Martim Moniz stop. From there, transfer to the metro by heading to the Martim Moniz metro station and take the Green Line (Linha Verde) to Arroios. Once you exit the station, walk northwest on Rua de Arroios for about 10 minutes, then turn left onto R. Ângela Pinto, where Mercado de Arroios will be located.
