Train
From central Lisbon, make your way to the Rossio Train Station (Estação do Rossio). You can take the Metro (Green Line) to Rossio station or walk if you are nearby. Once at Rossio, purchase a ticket for Sintra at the ticket counter. Trains to Sintra run regularly, approximately every 30 minutes. Board the train, and enjoy the scenic ride, which takes about 40 minutes. Upon arrival at Sintra Station, exit and walk towards the main street (Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda). Follow the signs to the town center and continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach Av. Dr. Miguel Bombarda 27A, where 'Sintra Tickets & Tours' is located.

Bus
If you prefer to travel by bus, you can take the 403 or 417 bus from Lisbon. Head to the Campo Grande Bus Terminal, which can be reached via the Metro (Green Line) to Campo Grande station. At the terminal, buy a ticket to Sintra. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes about 45-50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Sintra bus station, exit and walk towards the main road. Turn left onto Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda and walk for approximately 10 minutes. 'Sintra Tickets & Tours' will be on your right at number 27A.
