Merge onto A8 and continue for approximately 30 kilometers. Take exit 14 towards Lisbon and continue onto the A2. Follow signs for A5 and merge onto the A5. After about 20 kilometers, take the exit towards Av. Brasília. Follow the road until you reach the Monument to the Discoveries located at Av. Brasília, 1400-038 Lisboa. There is paid parking available nearby, so be prepared for parking fees.
