Walking
From the center of Ponte de Lima, head southeast on Avenida dos Combatentes do Ultramar towards Rua do Mercado. Continue straight for about 400 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rua 1º de Maio. Follow this road for another 600 meters, passing by local shops and cafes. You will reach another roundabout; take the first exit onto N201 towards Montaria. Continue on this road for about 3.5 kilometers until you see the sign for Montaria. Turn left onto the main road into Montaria. The Santuário de Nossa Senhora do Minho will be on your left after approximately 1 kilometer.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Ponte de Lima, walk to the main bus station located near the center of town, at Praça da República. Check the bus schedule for a service to Montaria. Buses run several times a day, but it's best to check the latest schedule. Once on the bus, the journey will take about 20-30 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Montaria.' From the bus stop, walk straight ahead for about 500 meters, and the Santuário de Nossa Senhora do Minho will be on your right.
