Getting There

• Train

  Start at São Bento train station in Porto. Purchase a ticket to Amarante at the ticket counter or self-service machines. Board the train to the nearest station, which is Mosteiro de Travassô. Once you arrive at Mosteiro de Travassô, exit the train and follow the signs to the bus stop. Take the local bus to Amarante city center, which should take approximately 20 minutes.
