Getting There
Metro
If you are starting from central Porto, make your way to the São Bento Metro Station. From there, take the Metro Line D (the yellow line) towards Hospital de São João. Get off at the next stop, which is the 'Jardim do Morro' station. Once you exit the station, take the stairs or the escalator leading you towards the Jardim do Morro park area. After exiting the station, walk straight ahead. Continue walking down the hill towards the river, and you will reach Largo Miguel Bombarda in Vila Nova de Gaia, where Sandeman is located.
Tram
Begin your journey at the Praça da Ribeira, a popular spot in Porto by the river. Board the Tram Line 1, which runs along the waterfront and enjoy the scenic views. Stay on the tram for several stops until you reach the end of the line at the 'Foz do Douro' stop. From there, walk back towards the river and head in the direction of the Dom Luís I Bridge. Cross the bridge on foot, and once you are in Vila Nova de Gaia, continue straight until you reach Largo Miguel Bombarda where Sandeman is located.
Bus
From the main Avenida dos Aliados in Porto, look for the bus stop that serves the local buses. Take bus number 901 or 906, towards Vila Nova de Gaia. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Largo da Estação' stop. From there, walk towards the river, and you will find Largo Miguel Bombarda, where Sandeman is located, just a short distance away.
Walking
If you are already in the Ribeira district, you can simply walk to Sandeman. Head east along the riverfront promenade (Cais da Ribeira) towards the Dom Luís I Bridge. Once you reach the bridge, cross over it on foot to Vila Nova de Gaia. After crossing, continue straight ahead, and you will find Largo Miguel Bombarda on your left, where Sandeman is situated. This walk will take approximately 20-30 minutes, and you’ll enjoy beautiful views along the way.
